Terms and Conditions

• The prize draw is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Kenwood Appliances (S) Pte Ltd (hereby referred to as the 'Promoter') , their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw. 
• The winner will receive one (1) set of Kenwood Food Processor FDM302SS.
• The contest participating duration is valid from 18 April to 3 May 2022.
• The winner will be announced on Kenwood Singapore official Facebook page by 13 May 2022.
• Email will be sent out to the winner within 2 weeks of the winner announcement.
• Winner has to respond to the email within the next 30 days, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or high value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize for any beach of these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion when it becomes necessary to do so.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurcing as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. By submitting your information and entering in this contest, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, town or country of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of your name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
• By joining the contest, the contestant agrees to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
• Kenwood Appliances (S) Pte Ltd  reserves the right not to award any prize, or to award one or more but not all of the prizes.
• The decision from Kenwood Appliances (S) Pte Ltd  shall be final, conclusive and binding on all participants and winners, and no correspondence will be entertained.
