Easy Baked Sweet Potato Fries Recipe!

Ingredients

 5 sweet potatoes
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tbsp black pepper
 Ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

Heat the oven to 200°C.

Cut sweet potatoes into wedges of approximately ¼ to ½ inch wide and 3 inches long. Toss them with the oil.

Mix garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle the spices with the sweet potatoes.

Spread them out on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C for about 10 until crisp and brown. Flip and cook until the other side browns as well.

Sprinkle it with ground cinnamon.
