DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is free in West Malaysia for orders RM250 and above (Mondays to Saturdays, 9am - 10pm, excluding Public Holidays).

NOTE: We currently deliver to the following places in Malaysia only: Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Seremban and Terengganu. 


For orders below RM250
Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Seremban and Terenggan (2 - 3 business days): RM8
We currently do no deliver to locations outside these areas. 

For orders RM250 and above
Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Seremban and Terenggan (2 - 3 business days): FREE
We currently do no deliver to locations outside these areas. 


INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

All undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery.


NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE DELIVERY
We dispatch our orders through our logistic partners and on the day of delivery you will get a notification via SMS or call. If you are unable to take delivery, you may choose to give permission to the courier to place your parcel in a safe place (e.g. shoe cabinet, electrical riser, security office, concierge, etc). If you prefer not to give permission to the courier to do so, we will request another delivery date with you for another 2 attempts. 


RECEIVING ITEMS
On delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before the carrier leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and we will arrange for another parcel to be delivered to you. If you claim damage of item only after you have acknowledged receipt of your order, you will need to email us at eshop.my@delonghigroup.com and provide a detailed description of fault with supporting photos or videos showing the damage or fault within 7 days. We will then reply within 3 working days to address the issue. 

In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, De'Longhi reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All replacement of item(s) will depend on the next available shipment. De'Longhi shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by De'Longhi or to any comparison. 


REFUSAL OF ENTRY BY BUILDING MANAGEMENT
Should the building management reject admittance of our delivery team, delivery will be rescheduled. De'Longhi reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of next delivery slot.
 

DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
a) In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, De'Longhi reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.
b) No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.
c) De'Longhi shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by De'Longhi or to any comparison.
